We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Vaari jewelry. If something isn't quite right, don't worry, we've got your back. Here's everything you need to know about our returns and refunds policy.

1. Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns after 14 days.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, not worn, and undamaged. We totally get that trying something on is necessary, but please be gentle!
  • Exceptions: If the item is worn, used, or damaged, we won't be able to accept the return. If the item arrives damaged, please see Section 3 below.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Email Us: Send an email to myvaari@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item you’re returning.
  • Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is on you. We don’t cover return shipping rates, and keep in mind that international returns to Belgium might be a bit pricier.
  • Return Address: We’ll provide the exact return address in Belgium when you contact us for the return.

3. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we want to make it right:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to myvaari@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the damage, and an explanation.
  • Finding a Solution: We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether it’s a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. This can take up to 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Amount: You’ll get a refund for the full price of the item minus the original shipping fee. Note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable in any case.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used.

5. Important Notes

  • Keep Your Receipt: Hang on to your return shipping receipt until we confirm we’ve received your return.
