1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only to Belgium and the Netherlands.
2. Shipping Rates
We keep it transparent and simple:

Belgium: €4.99 for Service Point Delivery - €5.99 for Home Delivery.

Netherlands: €6.99 for Service Point Delivery - €7.99 for Home Delivery.

Free shipping on all orders over €120!
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are roughly the same for both Belgium and the Netherlands:

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
4. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.
6. Delays and Issues
While we strive for timely deliveries, sometimes delays can happen due to factors beyond our control (like postal service issues).

We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
