What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that’s not the case, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving the package - no questions asked.
To start a return, simply reach out to us via our contact form and include your order number.
❌ Please note: earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
📦Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
🚚 Original shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. After receiving the return in perfect, unused condition, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs.

We currently only ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

If your order is above €120, shipping is free to both countries.
